After reaching the NLCS for the first time since 1998 last October, the San Diego Padres entered the 2023 season with expectations of being World Series contenders. Mostly because they had another big offseason, but also because San Diego is getting a full year of Juan Soto. Since he’s one of the game’s brightest stars, we felt it was necessary to keep tabs on his power with this 2023 Juan Soto Home Run Tracker.
Below, you’ll find all the pertinent information you’d want to know about his 2023 tanks. This includes the date and opponent, along with the distance and exit velocity for each dinger.

Entering this year, Soto had posted four different efforts of 20-plus homers (and 13 in the shortened 2020 campaign). At the moment, his single-season career-high mark is 34, which came in 2019 for the Nationals. As he launches each ball over the fence this season, we’ll continue to update this article. So don’t you worry — all you’ll need to know about his eventual 2023 destruction will be in one place.
