Heading into the 2022 season, Fernando Tatis Jr. was a star for the San Diego Padres and baseball in general. But that’s when things went haywire. He encountered multiple setbacks from a broken wrist and eventually missed the whole year because of that and a Performance-Enhancing Drugs suspension. Below, you’ll find all the pertinent information you’d want to know about his 2023 tanks. This includes the date and opponent, along with the distance and exit velocity for each dinger.

Tatis’ single-season career-high mark in homers came in 2021 when he slugged 42 taters. Getting a late start in 2023 because of his suspension will make it hard for him to match or surpass that. But based on the frequency he’s hit homers throughout the early stages of his career, there will be more than a few to watch.

As ‘Nando launches each ball over the fence this season, we’ll continue to update this article. So don’t you worry — all you’ll need to know about his eventual 2023 destruction will be in one place.
