Just like every other baseball fan, we love admiring a good old-fashioned moonshot whenever one is available. Many have already happened this season, but which players have slugged the longest home runs in 2023 to this point?
The answers are below. Details include the player, distance, and date it happened, as well as a video to prove the carnage actually took place. We’ll continually update this throughout the year to reflect who is at the top of the leaderboard. March/April was an especially powerful month across baseball. If that’s foreshadowing for what’s to come, then we’re in for a treat this year.
Once you’re done looking at these tanks, check out some of the other blog posts we have dedicated to long home runs. They include the following:
- The longest home runs of 2021
- The longest home runs of 2022
- Longest postseason home runs since 2015
- Who has hit the longest verified home run?
